Bhajani is a flour made of roasted grains and pulses like rice, sorghum, wheat,chana dal and black lentil( or urad dal). It is also flavoured with some roasted coriander seeds and cumin seeds.

- Rice – 1 kg
- Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chana dal – 1 cup
- Urad dal – ½ cup
- Whole wheat – ¼ kg
- Jowar / Sorghum – ½ kg
Thalipeeth Bhajani Flour Recipe
Dry roast all the grain and pulses one by one until they changes their color lightly and turns little fragrant. Keep stirring constantly so that they don’t burn.
Mix everything together and grind it in a grinding mill.
